The training workshop on Life Skills and Personality Development for teachers of NGFS, Saket was organised on 29th March, 2022 by Mr Kamalneet Singh, the director of Promise and a mindset coach. The training threw light on some of the ways to welcome the children back and focus on life skills as well as personality development program for the students. A participant-centered approach was used for making the session more interactive, solution oriented, informative and entertaining. The workshop indeed provided proper guidance in the course of discussions.
