REPORT ON ROAD SAFETY PATROL CADET TRAINING
Road Safety Patrol Cadet Training for NGFS Saket Students was conducted by Delhi Traffic Police officers Mr. Bhagwan Das (A.S.I), Mr. Shyam Lal (S.I), Mr. Dharam Pal (H.C), Mr. Gautam Singh (H.C), Mr. Sunil (H.C). The 5-Days training programme included various activities like - Video, Slides Show, Quiz, Training and Painting for the Students from class VI and VII. In the training programme they introduced various methods of creating awareness among common public by conducting seminars, & workshops. They talked about the importance of students education by adding basic road-safety lessons, making student aware about Green Cross Code (stop, look, listen, think and then cross), knowledge of traffic lights, understanding of road signs, etc. All the students got participation certificates and the top 5 students received gifts from the principal and Delhi Traffic Police Officers.
